House Blivande is a non-profit community centered around art, creative entrepreneurship and participatory culture. As a former harbour canteen, the century-old house retains its industrial charm
with original wooden and cast iron details carefully preserved.

It's the perfect choice for a wide variety of events and is definitely unique for Stockholm in what it can offer. Try to find another venue in central Stockholm where you can host events until 07:00 for up to 250 people spread out over three eclectically designed rooms, all fitted with world-class sound systems!

The venue is available "plug and play" with its own bar and lounge area for standing receptions, a dedicated dance floor as well as a third room that can act either as a secondary dance floor or a more calmer lounge area or presentation space:

  • The “Church” room is a stunning daylight studio featuring a library and piano, with south-facing, floor-to-ceiling windows and a beautiful sandstone floor. Worth mentioning is also the original cast iron ornamental oven nowadays acting as a serving area.

  • The "Pillar Room" is the heart of the building connecting all the different parts of the ground floor. Here is where you find the bar, a stage, sofas and two out of three toilets.

  • The “Techno Temple” is an acoustically customized space truly dedicated to dance and physical workshops that can also host seated dinners of up to 100 guests. It's a dark green room which is fully possible to black out and features a grand piano together with artworks, sofas and custom light installations in the long row of big windows.

These three versatile spaces allow us to offer intimate party options as well as larger-scale affairs. It’s the perfect modifiable canvas for building themes, but equally characteristic inits own ecclectic right. Creative flexibility is the name of the game here.

The capacity of 100 is when fitting everyone in one room. Capacity can thus be higher if it's an option to divide up the seating over more than one room. We recommend buffet given the space limitations.

Tilläggsuppgifter om prissättning:

The indicated price approximately 35 000 is excl. VAT (moms) and for the typical party or dinner type event on a Saturday and covers rent and professional sound system. Staff is decided for each event individually. Events with fewer people (max. 80).

Day time conferences, team meetings, workshops and other non-party types of events are priced differently (generally cheaper) so please get in touch with us for a quote there.

Tilläggsuppgifter om avbokning:

In case of cancellation within 21 days before the event, the full venue cost as well as the cost for technology and personnel will be charged according to the quote. Cancellation before 42 days will incur half of the venue cost and half of the technology cost. Cancellation before 42 days will be subject to an administration fee of 10000 SEK plus VAT.
