The Client has the right to cancel the event notwithstanding cause. Cancellation shall be made in writing. Epicenter has the right to charge the Client according to the below depending on the number of days before the event that the cancellation is made.
a. In the case of cancellation more than twelve (12) weeks prior to the first day of the event the Client shall pay Epicenter 25% of the total order value.
b. In the case of cancellation later than twelve (12) weeks prior to the first day of the event the Client shall pay Epicenter 50% of the total order value.
c. In the case of cancellation later than four (4) weeks prior to the first day of the event the Client shall pay Epicenter 100% of the total order value.
d. In the case of cancellation of part of the order the Client shall pay Epicenter the fees due solely in relation to the the cancelled part.
