Additional information about cancellation policy:
The Client has the right to cancel the event notwithstanding cause. Cancellation shall be made in writing. Epicenter has the right to charge the Client according to the below depending on the number of days before the event that the cancellation is made.
a. In the case of cancellation more than twelve (12) weeks prior to the first day of the event the Client shall pay Epicenter 25% of the total order value.
b. In the case of cancellation later than twelve (12) weeks prior to the first day of the event the Client shall pay Epicenter 50% of the total order value.
c. In the case of cancellation later than four (4) weeks prior to the first day of the event the Client shall pay Epicenter 100% of the total order value.
d. In the case of cancellation of part of the order the Client shall pay Epicenter the fees due solely in relation to the the cancelled part.
In case regulations from the government or Folkhälsomyndigheten (the Public Health Agency) changes the possibilities to hold the event, subject to Client’s written agreement and upon written request from Epicenter, it is possible to move the event once, to a date within 6 months as the original booking. Once the date has been moved (without charging a cancellation fee), the cancellation terms from the first booking will apply i.e., the client will need to pay the full 100% of the contracted booking fee should they cancel a second date. In addition, the change of date for any event need to take place no later than 3 weeks before the confirmed date otherwise full payment as per contract T&C will be applied.
