Galleri 5 är en 1160 kvadratmeter stor, öppen lokal för upp till 360 personer som passar bra till utställningar, presentationer, fotograferingar och mindre mässor. Lokalen är belägen högst upp i huset och dess ena långsida, helt i glas, erbjuder en praktfull utsikt över norra Stockholms centrala delar. Vid behov finns också möjlighet att utestänga allt dagsljus.

I Galleri 5 finns temperatur- och fuktighetsanläggning och reglerbar ljusnivå.

Ställer Hyresgästen in sitt arrangemang för vilket Lokalen uthyrts, äger Hyresvärden ändå rätt till ersättning för de kostnader som hyresvärden förorsakats härigenom. Meddelas Hyresvärden sex månader före den planerade Hyrestiden, ska arrangören erlägga 50 % av grundhyra, senast fyra månader innan erläggs 100% av grundhyran för Lokalen. Avbokning debiteras därutöver med 10 % av Lokalkostnaden.
