Våra betalningsvillkor är 10 dagar. Därefter debiteras dröjsmålsränta omfattande diskonto +8
%. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att begära förskottsbetalning omfattande 50 % av beställningens
värde, vilket i förekommande fall faktureras er innan konferensdatum. Beställaren är ansvarig
för samtliga kostnader som uppkommer i samband med konferensen, även enskilda
tilläggsbeställningar. På samtliga priser tillkommer 25 % moms.

Additional information about cancellation policy:

Avbeställning skall ske skriftligen. Debitering sker enligt följande:
50 % av beställningens omfattning vid avbokning 11-20 dagar före konferensdatum.
100 % av beställningens omfattning vid avbokning senare än 0-10 dagar före
konferensdatum.
